How to book 

COVID-19 Policy: 

Please do not attend if you develop a new or continuous cough, are experiencing a high temperature, or have noticed a change in your sense of taste or smell. In this case please contact us as soon as possible to re-arrange.


Please attend your appointment alone. 

We will have a gap between clients to allow for cleaning and social distancing so it's really important that you arrive on time, not early. 

No waiting area will be available and you may be asked to wait outside if you do arrive early. 

On arrival we will direct you to our hand sink at the entrance for a 20second hand wash and then pop on a face mask, we have masks available for you. If you cannot wear a face mask due to health reasons please let us know. 

Social distancing measures are in place, please follow these during your visit to help keep yourself, us and other clients safe.

All appointments will be subject to a £1.50 ppe charge as a temporary measure.

Therapists are wearing all ppe above and beyond the minimum government guidelines for your safety and ours. 

You will be welcomed as normal, these changes are all behind the scenes in the set up and planning, as we run a very high standard of cleanliness at all times you will be as comfortable as always. 

If you have any questions, or you feel at all uneasy about visiting after a long time staying home then please get in touch, we will be happy to call you and talk you through our new routine so you know exactly what to expect at your next appointment. 


Booking Terms:

Large appointment slots, and appointments over busy periods such as Easter time/Christmas may require a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment. If this is the case then we will let you know in advance, or it will state this on the information when booking online. If you have booked online we will call you within 24hrs of booking to take your booking fee. Booking an appointment assumes you agree to follow our cancellation policy below. 


Cancellation Policy:

We request that a minimum of 24hrs notice is given if you wish cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is to give us chance to fill the time reserved for you. 

Failure to contact the salon with at least 24hrs notice will incur a charge of 30% off the appointment value. If you miss the appointment with no contact, then the fee will be 50% of the appointment value. This will be taken from the card registered for online booking, if no card is registered we will contact you for payment. 


 If you have missed an appointment please don't feel that you can't re-book in the future, we understand that mistakes can happen when noting your appointment. We do send email confirmations and text reminders, but please don't rely on these, as with all automated systems things can occasionally go wrong. Any future appointments will need to be removed from our diary if we do not hear from you within 48hrs of the missed app. If 2 or more appointments have been missed or cancelled with less than the required 24hrs notice then we may ask you for pre-payment on any future bookings.
